Spinach (and banana) muffins Best spinach muffins I've made. Strong banana and cinnamon flavor, so adjust accordingly. Stuck to muffin papers. Cut sugar to 1/2 cup and added mini-chips. I also reduced cinnamon to 1 tsp after making them a bunch of times.
